Weekend Gardener: Texas A&M’s Horticulture club hosts spring plant sale
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Texas A&M’s Horticulture Club is hosting a plant sale beginning on Friday.
The sale runs from April 12 from 5 to 8 p.m., and April 13 from 8 to 1 p.m. at the AgriLife event lawn.
“It’s going to be landscape plants, garden plants, and edible plants such as herbs and fruit trees,” said Mackenzie Sansom, a Horticulture Club member.
Attendees can expect to see a lawn full of plants with different sections for perennials, fruit trees and house plants.
“Basically everybody is going to be able to walk around. If you need a cart, you can grab one,” said Sansom.
