BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – On Thursday, William Cole Companies announced details of its new development at Lake Walk in Bryan called The Lumin.
Described as a first-class office experience, The Lumin will feature more than 90,000 square feet of office space on five levels, covered parking, expansive views, and on-site fitness and conferencing capabilities alongside an additional 8,000 square feet of restaurant and retail spaces, all on a waterfront location in the heart of Lake Walk.

According to a news release shared by William Cole Companies:

Preleasing for The Lumin is open and being led by the global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
