Warrant amnesty period underway in College Station, Brazos County

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – A warrant amnesty period is underway right now in the City of College Station and Brazos County.

That means if you have an outstanding warrant, you can avoid paying a $50 per case warrant fee if you pay the fine in full.

The amnesty period runs until March 1st. After that, law enforcement will arrest those who haven’t paid their fines.

If you have an outstanding warrant, Judge Ed Spillane says there’s a good chance you will be arrested.
