Vehicle crash on Highway 30 slowing traffic between William D. Fitch and landfill

BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – A two-vehicle crash is slowing traffic along Highway 30 Tuesday morning.

Drivers and Google maps are reporting backups between William D. Fitch Parkway in Brazos County and the area near the landfill in Grimes County.

It happened just after 7 a.m.

According to a DPS sergeant, the driver of a truck failed to drive in a single lane and hit a car going in the opposite direction.

No injuries were reported.
