Tickets on sale now for Catholic Charities Creating Hope event

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Catholic Charities of Central Texas will celebrate 25 years of service and giving to the Brazos Valley with a special event this month to benefit its mission.

“Creating Hope” is an evening cocktail fundraiser on Friday, April 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Stella Hotel on Lake Atlas Drive in Bryan.

The social hour is from 5:30 to 6:30 and the program is from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Attendees will hear how donations have made a difference for the past 25 years and how you can help Catholic Charities continue to fight poverty in the Brazos Valley for the next 25 years.

This year’s event will be emceed by News 3′s Rusty Surette and will feature live testimony from a client who has benefitted from the assistance provided by this organization.

There will be free beer, wine, and appetizers along with door prizes.

Tickets are $25 per person, and registering with a friend gets you a discounted rate.
