Take a historic trail this summer without leaving the Brazos Valley

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Explore museums, art galleries, and libraries of the Brazos Valley in this summer’s Brazos Valley Museum Trail.

The Brazos Valley Museum Collective’s Museum Trail is a way to encourage people from and outside the Brazos Valley to experience the area’s rich cultural community.

On the trail, you’ll discover the birthplace of the Republic of Texas, the first county seat in Brazos County, a Presidential Museum & Library, and numerous art galleries at Texas A&M.

From the African American history of the Brazos Valley to the heritage of Brenham and Chappell Hill, the Museum Trail has it all!

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, participants can visit any of the 17 museums or art galleries along the Museum Trail.

By visiting six, they can be entered into a drawing for a prize basket that includes prizes, tickets, and other swag from local museums, galleries, and Brazos Valley businesses.
