Stella Southern Cafe reopens Friday following damage from car crash

COLLEGE, Texas (KBTX) – A popular College Station brunch spot reopened Friday after an SUV crashed into its front window earlier in the week.

Five people at Stella Southern Cafe were taken to the hospital following Tuesday’s crash. We’ve learned that among the injured was a young girl, who was removed from further danger when the restaurant’s general manager moved her away from the car’s path.

Stella Southern Cafe is now back open for normal business hours after patching up the damage to the building.
