Smitty K’s shares update to customers following building fire
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The owners of a popular bar and grill in Brazos County shared an update to customers on Wednesday following a fire earlier this month that forced its closure.
“Thank you! We have received an overwhelming amount of love and support; we are humbled and heartbroken! We want to assure our customers that we’re doing everything in our power to make sure our staff is taken care of. They are our main focus,” says the post shared on Facebook.
“We will be contacting our customers who have reservations, in hopes of hosting them at one of our other businesses. Any gift cards will be honored at Joe’s Place, Yesterdays & Holleman Tavern. As of now, we are unsure what the future holds for us. We will keep everyone updated as we make a plan and look forward to seeing y’all again.”
The fire on April 13 happened just after the business had closed for the night.
Nobody was injured.
