Registration open for Down Syndrome Association of Brazos Valley Fun Run

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The Down Syndrome Association of Brazos Valley is hosting a Fun Run “With a Little Extra”.

The event is Saturday, March 30 at Millican Reserve to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day.

The cost is $35 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon.

There is no deadline to register but you must register by March 17 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

All proceeds support the special needs community with socials, education classes, summer camp and more.

Also, mark your calendar for the “LUCKY 21″ Gala at the College Station Hilton on May 4.

There will be a live and silent auction, wine pull, live entertainment from the Vintage Band and more.
