Police search for evidence connected to double homicide, drive with caution along Highway 6
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – College Station and Bryan police are working on the north and southbound lanes of Highway 6 as they search for evidence linked to the triple shooting that happened several weeks ago.
Detectives will be searching from MLK to Briarcrest.
“Please expect delays, slow down and pay attention to emergency vehicles and numerous detectives walking in the grass medians,” police said in a Facebook post.
Two people were killed and a third was injured May 23. Michael Epperson, 19, was arrested in connection to the fatal shootings in College Station.
In a Facebook post, police identified the victims as 59-year-old Seferino Aleman and 22-year-old Isaac Garcia. That Friday, police searched for evidence along Highway 6, but it was unclear what exactly they were looking for.
