The company will likely bring their Javi’s concept to the area.

The building has sat vacant since 2020. Red Lobster announced Thursday the company was considering filing for bankruptcy protection.

In 2022, a Tex-Mex restaurant was set to move into the building. It’s unclear what caused the deal to fall through.

There is no word yet on when the new restaurant will be open.
