Keller Williams celebrates RED day by building beds for local non profit
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The staff at Keller Williams in College Station spent the day giving back to the community for their nationwide RED day Thursday.
The day is marked as a day of service and to celebrate they partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build beds.
RED stands for renew, energize, and donate and they have been doing this for more than a decade now.
“We just wanna make sure that were giving back to the community that helps us,” said Team leader, Patty Spiller.
More than 30 volunteers from the company showed up to lend a hand a build the beds Thursday.
“This is just a special day that we are all together doing this and it really energizes us,” added Spiller.
The Keller Williams team is also looking for donations of sheets and blankets to go along with the beds, you can donate here.
