Grand Jury hands up indictment for home invasion suspects

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – A Brazos County grand jury handed up indictments for four suspects in a home invasion.

Police say Clayton Rowley, Nyah Davis, Dustin Noble and Emanuel Bravo forced their way into a College Station home on Jan. 3.

The victim of the home invasion told police the suspects claimed they were looking for a stolen item that someone stashed in the house. She said they pointed guns at her when they couldn’t find anything.

On Jan. 23, police officers and a tactical team surrounded Rowley and Davis’ apartment in the Northgate area. The two suspects were not home, however police found some of the victim’s stolen items.

On Feb. 1, police served a second search warrant at a home on Glenna Court. Bravo was taken into custody.

Rowley, Davis and Noble were arrested in Jacksonville, Florida. They were taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service.

Rowley was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon with a Felony Conviction. He’s being held in jail on bonds totaling $200,000.

Davis was charged with Burglary of a Habitation. She’s in custody with her bond set at $100,000.

Noble was also charged with Burglary of a Habitation. He’s being held in jail. He has bonds total $125,000, which includes bond for a drug charge from another date.

Bravo was charged with Aggravated Robbery. He has been put on a U.S. Immigration Hold by ICE. He’s in custody with his bonds totaling $62,000.
