Get inspired, discover new trends at Home & Garden Expo
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – If you’re looking to enhance your home or even buy a new one, there’s an event for you.
It’s the 45th Annual Home & Garden Expo happening at the Legends Event Center Saturday and Sunday.
The expo will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
There will be over 75 exhibitors who’ll share expert advice on the latest trends and innovative technology. Rose Selman, the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association executive officer, said it’ll be like a one-stop shop.
“Everything inside and outside, kitchen, beds,” Selman said. “Outside, we’ve got patios, we’ve got Master Gardeners, we’ve got pools, everything, and then services you need. We have lenders that can refinance your house, that can give you a loan for remodeling or buying your new home and then insurance too.”
In addition, there will be a variety of seminars during the weekend. Home seminar topics are Remodeling 101 and Make Your House a Home for a Lifetime.
The Brazos County Master Gardeners have an extensive seminar schedule with topics including Garden Tools, Composting, Edible Landscapes and Remediation of Our Soils from Watering the Last 2 Years.
There will also be a succulent workshop Saturday and Sunday led by Succs N Such.
Those schedules can be found here.
Other expo activities include DIY craft classes, a free arcade area for kids and a small business marketplace.
Home & Garden Expo tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and free for kids 12 and under. They’re valid for both days.
