Flood Watch issued for majority of the Brazos Valley until Friday morning

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Yet another round of rain and storms is expected to push through the area Thursday, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch to make it official.

Widespread rainfall totals of 2-3″ with localized totals of 4-6″ or more will be a possibility through Thursday night. Even before considering saturated soils, that type of rain could be enough to cause problems on roadways. The main area of concern remains along and east of Highway 6.
