First Brazos Valley Family Expo: Baby & Beyond held in College Station
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – On Saturday, parents in the Brazos Valley had an opportunity to take a look at different vendors while also having some fun with their kids.
It was the first Brazos Valley Family Expo: Baby & Beyond which was held at the Hilton in College Station and presented by NPT Network.
The free event featured over 40 vendors, some offering information on health care, educational programs, after-school care, and more.
Bryan Broadcasting sales manager, Allison Harrel said the purpose of the event is to bring together businesses and organizations so that they’re all in one place for parents.
“It’s been a fun day to get out of the heat into the air conditioning for everybody and their whole family to get together and have fun and we are having a great time doing it,” Harrel said.
Organizers say they are over the moon about how many people came out for the event.
