Fargo’s Pit BBQ closes after 24 years of service
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Fargo’s Pit BBQ is closing down after 24 years of service to the Bryan- College Station community.
Fargo’s Pit BBQ announced its closure on Facebook stating the reason behind the goodbye was because of “the challenging economic climate.”
KBTX visited the restaurant Saturday, their last day open, where there was a long line of costumers waiting to pick up their last BBQ meal from the treasured place.
Fargo’s was once cited as one of the 50 best BBQ restaurants by Texas Montly.
KBTX asked to speak to the owners about the closure but the owners prioritized serving their customers on their last day.
