Fall into a new season of gardening with Brazos County Master Gardeners

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – It may be 100 degrees outside, but it’s time for fall garden preparation in the Brazos Valley.

Brazos County Master Gardeners is hosting a free education program which explores adding vegetables to a landscape garden.

Gardening with the Masters: Firsts for Fall is Thursday, August 15 from noon until 1 p.m. at the Demonstration Idea Garden, located at 2619 West Highway 21 in Bryan.

Brazos County Master Gardener Robin Boedeker will explore garden firsts for the fall season, including garden maintenance and preparation for fall vegetables.

Master Gardeners will also offer Learning at the Library with ways to integrate edibles into your landscape. Gardening with Edibles is Saturday, August 24 at 10 a.m. at the Clara B. Mounce Public Library in Bryan.
