CALDWELL, Texas (KBTX) – Kids all across the state are taking the STAAR test, and some Burleson County students received a little encouragement from local law enforcement.
DPS troopers from the Southeast Texas Region visited Caldwell Elementary and handed out blow pop suckers to help the kids “Blow the top off the STAAR!”
The third graders seemed to enjoy the sweet treat and the support of the troopers.
