Delay of school Wednesday for Anderson-Shiro CISD
ANDERSON, Texas (KBTX) – For the second day in a row, the Anderson-Shiro school district is delaying the start of school due to weather concerns.
The school district shared the following message on social media: Out of an abundance of caution, Anderson-Shiro CISD will have a 2-hour delayed start on January 24th. Due to roads being flooded and the likely continued precipitation forecasted through the night, this delay will provide time to assess roadways and ensure the safety of all of our students and staff.
