Bush Library and CSPD to host annual Easter Celebration
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – It’s one of the most anticipated events of spring. The Annual Easter Celebration will be held at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum on Saturday, March 23 from 9:30 a.m. until noon.
Activities for children aged 9 and under will include an Easter egg hunt, carnival games, face painting, balloon animals, photos with the Easter Bunny, and more.
Schedule of events:
9:30 a.m. — Event Begins with carnival games, face painting, balloon animals, grab bags, complimentary popcorn and Pepsi products, and bounce houses
10:00 a.m. — The Easter Bunny arrives! Have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny
11:30 a.m. — EASTER EGG HUNT on 3 fields divided by age: 3 and under, 4-6, and 7-9
12:00 p.m. — Event concludes
The Annual Easter Celebration, modeled after the annual White House Easter Egg Roll, has been hosted by the Bush Library and Museum in partnership with the College Station Police Department since 1999.
Bring the entire family out for a fun and free event.
Free parking for the event will be available in Lots 111 and Fan Field (the gravel lot off Research Parkway). Barbara Bush Drive will close at 9 a.m. You will need to enter through Research Park.
