Burleson County Beef Cattle Tour offered in May

CALDWELL, Texas (KBTX) – Livestock management will highlight this year’s Burleson County Beef Tour in May.

According to the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, there will be live cattle health demonstrations and feral hog trap demonstrations, along with a live pesticide drone demonstration. They will also discuss the effects of bad injections and give a Kaput Feral Hog control update.

Three Continuing Education Units will be given out.

The Burleson County Beef Tour is Friday, May 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at H&H Ranch, 8868 CR 244 in Caldwell.

There is no registration fee, but lunch is provided, so organizers ask that attendees RSVP to the Burleson County Extension Office at 979-567-2308.
