Bryan free health clinic in need of volunteers, especially medical professionals
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Bryan’s Health For All clinic is looking for volunteers of all types, from medical professionals to students to senior citizens.
Health for All provides free community-centered, primary and preventive health care for low income, medically uninsured residents of the Brazos Valley.
There are many volunteer opportunities available, especially for health care professionals such as family practitioners, cardiologists, rheumatologists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacists, counselors, and nurses.
The clinic said there is also a need for nonmedical volunteers to help maintain patient records, assist with scheduling, driving patients to appointments, order medications, and help with other clinic tasks. Spanish-speaking volunteers are always needed to serve as translators.
