Just last week, 5 workers were injured when a silo belonging to a third-party-owned and operated silo collapsed at the power plant.
The Oak Grove Power Plant near Franklin made news following a deadly boiler explosion in May last year. In that incident, a 50-year-old man died from multiple injuries.
In February last year, four workers at the plant were also sent to hospitals following the release of a chemical.
