Traffic stop leads to drug bust, arrests in Waller Co.
WALLER, Texas (KBTX) – Two people were arrested Friday following a traffic stop conducted by the Waller County Sheriff’s Office.
According to a release, on August 17th two Waller County Sheriff’s Office K9 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 6 south of Kelly.
A K9 was deployed and after alerting on the vehicle, deputies discovered more than one pound of marijuana and $5,295 in cash.
Two people were arrested for money laundering and possession and taken to the Waller County Jail, their identities were not released.
