Grand Jury indicts suspect in deadly College Station shooting

BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – A Brazos County Grand Jury handed up an indictment for a College Station man accused of murdering two people.

Police arrested Michael Epperson in connection to a triple shooting in College Station.

The shooting happened back in May, at a residence on Colgate Drive near Wolf Pen Creek Park.

Two people were killed, and a third victim was injured.

Epperson is charged with Capitol Murder of Multiple Persons, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Harassment of a Public Servant.

He remains in Brazos County custody on bonds totaling $3 million.
