Bush Library hosts ‘Teachers and Tacos’ event for Bryan-College Station educators
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is hosting a back to school event for teachers this weekend.
The “Teachers and Tacos” event will take place Saturday, August 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the library.
The free event is for area kindergarten and grade school teachers to learn about civics-based programs for the classrooms.
The program is a collaboration between the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, Texas A&M Office for Youth Engagement, College Station Chamber of Commerce and Amazon.
The event will feature free food, entertainment, and giveaways.
