Brazos County woman accused of Injury to Elderly, Terroristic Threat in relation to dispute with landlord
BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – A Brazos County woman was taken into custody after allegedly threating to kill her landlord.
According to county court documents, just after 7:30 Monday evening Brazos County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies were sent to a home on the 800 block of Nemec Lane in reference to a disturbance with a weapon.
BCSO said 43-year-old Keisha Strelsky was confronted by her landlord who was selling the house and was upset about the condition of the property. During the discussion a fight broke out, leading to the suspect, Strelsky, pulling out a rifle and pointing it at the landlord and her son. The victim allegedly told BCSO Streisky threatened their lives.
After a while, officers arrested Strelsky without incident.
Keisha Strelsky is charged with Injury to Elderly with Intent of Bodily Injury and Terroristic Threat, and faces charges for previous warrants. All in all, she is held in the Brazos County Jail on $52,000 in bonds.
