Bryan police investigating hit-and-run involving pickup trucks
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The Bryan police department is investigating a hit-and-run crash that happened just after midnight on Tuesday in a residential neighborhood.
It happened around 12:46 a.m. in the 300 block of Silkwood Drive between Clear Leaf and Beck Street.
Video of the crash obtained by KBTX shows the suspect’s pickup truck slamming into the back of a pickup that was parked on the street in front of a home.
The driver then exits the video, appears to take a photo with a cell phone, lingers for a short time, and then leaves the area on foot.
Police have taken a report and we’re told they do have a person of interest in the case identified.
