Multiple reports indicate Michael Earley as next Texas A&M Baseball coach
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – According to multiple reports from Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle and TexAgs.com, former A&M assistant Michael Earley has been selected as the new Texas A&M Baseball coach.
Earley was the hitting coach under Jim Schlossnagle in his three years as head man of the Texas A&M Aggies.
Earley brings a hitting pedigree that includes 2 top-5 finishes in team home runs, including a program record of 134 home runs in 2024. Before his role at Texas and Texas A&M, Earley was an assistant for Arizona State.
As of 9am Sunday morning, Earley was still listed as an assistant under Schlossnagle on the University of Texas Baseball website.
