Bryan duo facing multiple drug charges following search warrant operation
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – A Bryan couple was arrested and faces multiple charges after police recovered several drugs in their home.
After serving a search warrant to a home on the 1800 block of Beck Street, Matthew Boonie,30, and Filomena Gomez,26, were taken into custody Tuesday.
During the search, Bryan PD’s Special Investigations Division reportedly found a large amount of drugs including suspected cocaine, marijuana, and promethazine with codeine.
Reports say law enforcement witnessed multiple people visiting the house during the investigation.
Both Boonie and Gomez are facing drug charges including manufacturing with intent to distribute.
Gomez is being held on bonds totaling $40,000, and Boonie is in jail with bonds set at $120,000.
