Victim in critical condition after shooting in Navasota
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Police are investigating a shooting in Navasota that happened Wednesday night.
At approximately 11 p.m., Navasota officials say they responded to the St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital for a male who was dropped off with gunshot injuries.
Officers determined the male was shot in the 800 block of East McAlpine and was driven to the hospital by a family member.
Investigators returned to the scene to collect evidence and gather details of the shooting.
The victim was transferred by helicopter to St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan in critical condition.
