Ronald McDonald House Charities needs summer volunteers, donations
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – College students are leaving for the summer so Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas is in need of volunteers.
They’re looking for volunteers to push Happy Wheels Carts which stroll all three local hospitals delivering much-needed supplies to families in the pediatric units.
Volunteers also staff RMHC rooms which give a place of respite to families with a hospitalized child.
Ronald McDonald House Charities needs donations to keep their Happy Wheels Carts stocked with activities and snacks for kids. Some items that can be donated include stuffed animals, small water boxes, juice boxes, fruit snacks and pretzels.
