NWS confirms EF-1 tornado near Bedias Sunday
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The Houston office of the National Weather Service has begun its second survey of two expected tornadoes that hit eastern portions of the Brazos Valley Sunday.
After examining the path and damage of the tornado, NWS confirms that an EF-1 tornado moved from about CR115 to Union Road, west of Route 90 in Grimes/Madison counties.

The NWS said additional information, including the specific track and width of the tornado will be released at some point Wednesday. As those numbers are released, we will update this story.
For reference, EF-1 tornado winds are estimated in the 86-110mph range.
