Explore nearly 40 new builds during Spring Parade of Homes
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – For the next two weekends, you can walk through some of the Brazos Valley’s most beautiful homes.
The 2024 Spring Parade of Homes will be April 27, April 28, May 4 and May 5.
There are 37 homes in the lineup and 29 featured builders. The homes are located in Bryan, College Station and Iola.
Rose Selman, the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association executive officer, said this event is a great time to get inspired, learn design trends, shop for a new home and meet the builders.
“It’s a great way to see their craftsmanship,” Selman said.
One of the homes is located at 5325 Legend Oaks Court in College Station. It’s in the Winding Creek subdivision.
The 3,955 square-foot home was built by The Jaxsir Group and has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
In addition, the backyard has room to entertain along with a 1,351-square-foot building featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. It also offers space for storage or RV parking.

Tickets for the Spring Parade of Homes are $10 and are valid for both weekends.
Proceeds will be given to five nonprofits: B/CS Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, Peacock Legacy of Hope, Different Day Foundation and Sleep in Heavenly Peace – College Station.

The parade will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, and Saturday, May 4.
It’ll go from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, and Sunday, May 5.
