Arrest made in theft investigations in Bedias area
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The following release has been shared by the Grimes County Constable’s Office Pct. 1:
“Your Constable’s Office has been aggressively and diligently investigating several thefts in the Bedias area that have resulted in multiple felony offenses and concluded in an arrest.
Over the past few weeks information was obtained indicating Andrew Payne Lambert had been involved with several thefts in the Bedias area. We’re happy to report we have been able to recover most of the items stolen and they will be returned to their rightful owners.
Multiple arrest warrants were obtained for Andrew Lambert. He was taken into custody and is currently being held in the Grimes County Jail. Lambert has been charged with 3 counts of Theft of Property less than $2500 with 2 previous convictions. His bond is currently set at $150,000 total.
