The upcoming Starlight Affair shines on families in need
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Get ready for a night of fun while benefiting our community.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas is holding it’s 9th annual Starlight Affair on April 13.
Tanner Williams, the Senior Development Manager, says the event helps many families throughout the year with pediatric health.
“We served families over 481 room nights last year, and our two family rooms and distributed over 10,000 items to our families in the pediatric units via our Happy Wheels carts,” he said.
Williams also said the event isn’t just amazing for families, but also those who are helping them.
“We’ve got five chefs for tastings, Walk Ons is serving beignets, Traditions Club, Campfire. We’ve got Poché’s Seafood Restaurant, 1860 Italia, all outside, all casual, signature wine bars and whiskey bars,” he said.
The Starlight Affair begins at 6:30 p.m.
