Robertson County law enforcement seize drugs, stolen guns from Hearne home
HEARNE, Texas (KBTX) – Multiple law enforcement agencies in Robertson County executed a search warrant at a Hearne home Tuesday evening.
Around 6 p.m., officers with the Hearne Police Department, Calvert Police Department and Robertson County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a residence in the 2200 block of S San Gabriel St.
The search yielded the following:
4.89 ounces of raw marijuana2.85 ounces of synthetic cannabinoid7.57 ounces of Ecstasy tablets36.01 ounces of THC vape cartridges11.9 grams of PCP1.5 ounces of THC gummiesFour firearmsAssorted drug paraphernaliaAn undisclosed amount of cash
Two of the four firearms were reported stolen out of other agencies.
There was one person home at the time of the search. Alijah Miles, 21, was arrested and charged with the following:
Two counts of Theft of Firearm, three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a FelonTwo counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2, > 400 gramsManufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group I > 200 grams < 400 gramsManufacturer and Delivery of Penalty Group 2A <= 4 grams < 400 gramsManufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2 < 400 gramsPossession of Marijuana > 5 pounds < 4 ounces.
Miles was also charged with two outstanding warrants:
Possession of Marijuana, < 2 ounces in Drug Free ZoneCriminal Trespass
Additional arrest warrants for residents who weren’t home during the search warrant are pending.
