Community invited to Counseling and Assessment Clinic’s grand opening
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The Texas A&M; Counseling and Assessment Clinic is holding a grand opening at its new location.
The Counseling and Assessment Clinic is now located at The Stack, 711 Church Avenue, Suite 101 in College Station.
A grand opening will be held Thursday, April 4 from 4 to 6 p.m., which includes a presentation and speakers at 4:30 p.m.
The event is an opportunity for people to tour the new facility, learn about the history of the CAC, and learn more about the services they provide.
Anyone who would benefit from the Counseling and Assessment Clinic is invited to attend, including individuals, primary care physicians, pediatricians, social workers, school counselors, nonprofit organizations and churches.
The CAC has offered services to the Brazos Valley community since 1984 while training doctoral students in counseling and school psychology.
They provide individual therapy and complete comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as parent training.
All providers at the CAC are trained to provide a variety of psychological services while under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist.
Fees are established on an affordable sliding scale based on family income and size.
