College Station business asking for help in identifying liquor thieves
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The owner of a College Station liquor store says thieves made off with several hundred dollars worth of liquor on Monday and she’s asking for the public’s help identifying them.
The coordinated theft happened midday when only one employee was at the Liquor Mart on Holleman Drive W near Harvey Mitchell Parkway.
When the worker was distracted or behind the counter, three men and a woman with a large purse could be seen on surveillance cameras taking several small and large bottles of liquor off shelves and shoving them into their pants and the woman’s handbag.
After several minutes in the store, the group left in a silver SUV. Anyone with information to help identify these thieves is asked to reach out to College Station Police at 979-764-3600.
