College Station Police SWAT serves arrest warrant, robbery suspect arrested

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – A man is being held on bond in the Brazos County Jail in connection to a robbery.

A College Station SWAT team served an arrest warrant to Rickey Ford Tuesday afternoon near Holleman and Texas Avenue, in the 200 block of Sterling Street.

Ford was taken into custody without incident.

He is charged with robbery and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Jail records show he has been arrested at least 21 times and convicted six times.
