3 juveniles arrested in connection to Montgomery County shooting

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) – Three juveniles are facing charges in connection to a shooting in Montgomery County.

It happened on Feb. 26 at a Texaco gas station along Highway 105 E.

A male was shot in the leg and drove away from the scene. Deputies found him at a home in Cleveland and provided aid until medical personnel arrived.

The suspects were seen driving away from the shooting scene in a gray Mercury Grand Marquis.

Authorities determined the shooting was gang-related.

“Together, we have upheld the values of justice and safety in our community. Today’s arrests send a clear message: there is no place for gang-related violence in our community, and we will not rest until every perpetrator is held accountable,” Montgomery County Sheriff, Rand Henderson, said.

All three suspects are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
