Man sentenced for deadly DWI crash in College Station
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – A man who caused a deadly crash in College Station in August 2019 has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine, according to the DA’s office.
Nicholas Tyler Wuthrich, 27, of Pinehurst was intoxicated when he drove into another vehicle on Harvey Mitchell Parkway near F&B Road, killing Harold Moore, 31, of Bryan.
Wuthrich told investigators he was drinking at Northgate before the wreck.
He was found guilty this month on a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter with a Vehicle, a second-degree felony.
At the time of the crash, Wuthrich was listed as a resident of Bryan.
