Twin City Mission breaks ground on new 25,000 square foot warehouse facility
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Board members and others celebrated a ground breaking for the new Twin City Mission warehouse Thursday.
Two years in the making, the new 25,000-square-foot building is becoming a reality this November.
“We are very excited to be able to do this building not only for the staff but the community that volunteers with us,” said Twin City Mission CEO, Dorothy Nevill.
It will serve as the warehouse hub for donations from the community and replace the current warehouse on San Jacinto Lane.
“That need is so great the staff works in inadequate amount of space, it is not climate controlled, the conditions over there are not good conditions,” added Nevill speaking about the old warehouse.
