College Station police arrest reckless driver on Highway 6

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – College Station police arrested a reckless driver Friday night.

A driver called dispatch and reported the speeding driver after he ran a red light and couldn’t stay in one lane, according to police records.

Police eventually caught up to the speeding driver on Rock Prairie Road. Police say the reckless driver ran another red light and caused a crash at the intersection of Rock Prairie Road and Highway 6.

The driver was arrested and charged with reckless driving. He was released Saturday on a $2,000 bond.
