3 suspects in College Station home invasion arrested in Florida
COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Three people accused of invading a home in College Station in early January are in custody.
According to the College Station Police Department, Clayton Rowley, Nyah Davis and Dustin Noble were arrested in Jacksonville, Florida by the U.S. Marshals Service.
The victim of the home invasion told officers she was showering when three men and a woman forced their way inside her home on Harvey Road on Jan. 3. She said the suspects claimed they were looking for a stolen item that someone stashed in the house, and pointed guns at her when they could not find anything. Some of the victim’s items were stolen at that time.
In the initial investigation, CSPD determined that Rowley, Davis and a man named Emanuel Bravo were linked to the home invasion.
Some of the victim’s items were found at Rowley and Davis’ home in the Northgate area during a search on Jan. 23.
During a search warrant execution at a home on Glenna Court near Graham Road on Feb. 1, Bravo was taken into custody, but Rowley and Davis were not found.
Following Bravo’s arrest, College Station police identified Dustin Noble as a fourth suspect in the January home invasion.
According to a Facebook post from CSPD, the U.S. Marshals Service assisted in gathering information that led to the area of Jacksonville, Florida. Within a few days, Rowley, Davis and Noble were taken into custody.
