Smoke, smoldering left Tuesday morning following massive fire at Brazos County chicken farm
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – There appears to be significant progress being made fighting a fire in Northeast Brazos County.
The fire at Feather Crest Farms was reported around 5 p.m. Monday. Flames engulfed two buildings and the response called for firefighters from several agencies in the area.
During live reports on Brazos Valley This Morning, KBTX crews could see smoke billowing from the scene and some smaller areas of flames.
Early Tuesday morning, a deputy with the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office told News Three’s Caleb Britt that there were several Brazos County first responders still on scene. All other units had been released overnight. Britt was told the buildings were still smoldering.
