Masquerade ball to benefit Lions Club and eye health

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – A local optometrist wants to make sure children have access to eye exams.

Urban Optics will host its 3rd annual Masquerade Eye Ball on Friday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Peach Creek Ranch in College Station.

The event will include a silent and live auction, raffles, games, dancing and more.

Masquerade Eye Ball is a black tie event. Masks are optional, but encouraged.

Individual tickets are $75 and all proceeds benefit the Brazos Lions Clubs Foundation in their efforts to provide access to eye wellness and sight to children and youth in the Brazos Valley.

Last year, the Urban Optics Eye Ball provided over 300 eye exams and glasses to those who needed them most. They also funded two vision-saving surgeries.
