Montgomery County man arrested for murder in deadly Willis shooting

CONROE, Texas (KBTX) – A 21-year-old Conroe man has been charged with murder for a deadly shooting last week.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has identified Abraham Ramirez as the shooter.

On Jan. 19 just before midnight, law enforcement responded to a shooting on Rebecca Lane in Willis. They found a man lying dead in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Roberto Aguilar of Willis.

Ramirez is now is custody at the Montgomery County Jail.

Oklahoma Fugitive arrested in Brazos County

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – A fugitive out of Oklahoma was taken into custody Wednesday in College Station. Police arrested Andre Dawson, 35, and found he had several active warrants out of Oklahoma on charges including robbery, burglary and larceny.
