Bryan man accused of sexually assaulting child, biting her in the eye
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – The Bryan Police Department has arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile and biting her eye.
According to a police report, the attack happened at a home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 9.
When police arrived at the home, officers reportedly found Victor Ponce-Hernandez, 20, of Bryan, on the ground with the 15-year-old victim who was screaming.
The police report says Ponce-Hernandez admitted to the offenses.
Ponce-Hernandez is now in the Brazos County Detention Center and charged with Sexual Assault of a Child and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
His bonds total $104,000 but there’s also an active immigration hold in place.
